Experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, product marketing, or solution consulting with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong knowledge of the compliance landscape in India
Strong understanding of software products in GRC area, including technical aspects and market positioning.
Ability to gather relevant information and develop solutions and proofs of concept that meet specific customer/ prospect requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to multiple audiences and communicating solution benefits appropriate for each prospect.
Ability to listen actively and think strategically, and tactically to solve complex problem.
Ability to work well cross-functionally to drive a unified plan and strategy.
Experience with understanding the ins-and-outs of a product and the technology, not having to rely on another person to provide that expertise.
Demonstrated ability to work with and manage relationships with customers and partners at the management level.
Comfort with sustained business travel.
Produce thought leadership and benchmarking – through roundtables, events, webinars, and internal enablement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and technology teams on key challenges faced by customers & the needs, in order to help shape product roadmap and unblock unnecessary barriers
